Birmingham Dressage & Combined Training Association would like to invite you to our annual Spring Fling Dressage Show on March 31, 2012 at Rolling Hills Equestrian Center with judge Mary Lewis (R). We will be offering USDF, USEF, USEA, Gaited Dressage, Western Dressage, Musical Kur, Prix Caprilli and Dressage Trail divisions (click here for the trail test).
Entries are closed & we are full! Class list & Entries available here (click for pdf). To join with entry please include a membership application (click for pdf).
Ride Times are up on our StartBox page (click for link) or click here for a pdf. Any changes will be reflected on the StartBox page.
All the tests except for the Dressage Trail (class 27) will be ridden in the outdoor dressage ring. All Intro, Eventing, and the Basic Western tests will be ridden in a small (20x40) arena. All other tests will be ridden in a standard (20x60) arena. The trail test will also be ridden in a small arena.
There is a possibility of inclement weather on Saturday (James Span can't even make up his mind). The show will go on rain or shine. We will NOT be parking in the back field. All vehicles should enter the main gate and someone will direct you where to park. Things may be a little tight, so please be considerate. Thanks for working with us!
We will also be hosting a silent auction during the show to raise funds for educational opportunities for the club and community. We have tons great items donated so far! Items are listed on our Facebook Page (and some pictures!), or under the Silent Auction tab to the left (click for link) so don't forget to check them out, plan your strategy, and go to the barn and bid during the show! Rules, proxy designation, and a current list of items are also available here (click for pdf).
For more information on Master Huntsman and Murray's Law breeding that is part of the silent auction, click here (pdf).
Come join the fun! Volunteers needed, let us know if you can help! The show can't go on with out our fabulous volunteers!
