Birmingham Dressage and Combined Training Association is a not for profit 501(c)3 organization which sponsors activities designed to further the art and sport of dressage and combined training in the Birmingham, AL area. BDCTA is a Group Member Organization (GMO) of the US Dressage Federation (USDF).

The following roles need to be filled by Volunteers seeking to earn their hours required for Year End Awards, or anyone willing and interested in supporting the club. In these roles, you'll meet a ton of people and enjoy a really rewarding role!

**Membership Coordinator**
Role Must be Filled by 5-1-15
- Description: Receive membership form and add to existing spreadsheet.... Submit these once a month (give or take) to USDF via email, CC Treasurer and the Club's email.... Mail payment's rec'd to Treasurer. Upload updated Spreadsheet to Dropbox account...Club President will send Welcome email to all new members and add them to the club's gmail contacts. Training is available for this role!!

**Website and Facebook updates**
Role Must be Filled by 6-1-15
- Description: This role updates the website (easy!) and also updates Facebook and adds/edits Facebook events. This role also covers your club membership fee if you also are capable of serving as webmaster, ensuring the 'backend' of the site is kept up to speed and humming along. Built in a Joomla template, this is an easy site to administer and run. Training is available for this role!!

**Fall show receiving Secretary**
Role Must be Filled by 8-1-15
Description: Receive show entries in the mail, add to the online tool "Startbox". Make the schedule, create packets and printouts to support the Fall Dressage & CT Show. Training is available for this role!!
